Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the food delivery service operated by Geetha Home Kitchen("we," "our," or "us"), located at 2nd Floor, Breeze Way Apartments, 312, Saibaba Nagar, Pallikaranai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600100, India.

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service.

Service Description

Geetha Home Kitchen provides fresh fruit and healthy food delivery services through flexible monthly subscription plans. Our plan packages and pricing are dynamic and may change over time.

User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

Account Information

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Update information when necessary
  • Notify us of any unauthorized use

Delivery Requirements

  • Provide accurate delivery address
  • Be available during delivery windows
  • Provide clear delivery instructions
  • Ensure safe delivery location

Prohibited Uses

  • Reselling or redistributing our products
  • Using the service for commercial purposes
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Interfering with service operations
Payment Terms

Payment Methods

We accept UPI, cash on delivery, bank transfers, and card payments.

Subscription Billing

  • Payment is due at the start of each subscription period
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Price changes will be communicated 7 days in advance
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy. Quality issues are resolved with immediate replacement or refund.

Delivery Terms

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Downtown, Midtown, Uptown, Westside, and Eastside areas in the city.

Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery hours: 08:00 - 20:00
  • We deliver all days of the week
  • Delivery times may vary due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
  • We will attempt delivery up to 3 times

Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery, please contact us within 24 hours to reschedule. Repeated missed deliveries may affect your subscription.

Meal Leave Request Rules

Eligibility

Meal leave requests are only available for profiles with active subscriptions. Profiles without active subscriptions cannot apply for meal leaves.

Available Meal Types

You can request leaves for the following meal types:

  • Breakfast
  • Lunch
  • Dinner
  • Snacks

Timing Rules for Leave Requests

Important: Please note the following timing restrictions:

Breakfast: Can apply multiple days in advance (no time restriction). If applying the day before, must be submitted before 8:00 PM.

Lunch: Can apply multiple days in advance (no time restriction). If applying same day, must be submitted before 10:00 AM.
•
Dinner: Can apply multiple days in advance (no time restriction). If applying same day, must be submitted before 6:00 PM.
•
Snacks: Can apply multiple days in advance (no time restriction). If applying same day, must be submitted before 2:00 PM.

Leave Request Guidelines

  • Leave requests can be made for multiple dates and multiple meals per date
  • Each meal type can only be selected once per date
  • Date selection is restricted to today or future dates only
  • A valid reason must be provided for each leave request
  • Duplicate leave requests for the same profile, date, and meal are not allowed

Processing and Status

  • All leave requests are initially marked as "pending"
  • Requests are processed based on the timing rules above
  • Late requests may be automatically rejected
  • You can view the status of your leave requests in your profile

Important Notes

  • Leave requests are processed in Indian Standard Time (IST)
  • No refunds or credits are provided for missed meals due to late leave requests
  • Emergency situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to modify these rules with prior notice
Quality and Food Safety

Quality Assurance

  • All products are sourced from trusted suppliers
  • Fresh preparation daily with quality checks
  • Hygienic packaging and handling procedures
  • Temperature-controlled delivery when required

Food Safety

  • We follow all applicable food safety regulations
  • Products should be consumed within recommended timeframes
  • Report any quality issues immediately
  • We are not liable for issues arising from improper storage
Cancellation and Suspension

Customer Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription with 3 days advance notice
  • Cancellations can be made by phone or in person
  • Refunds for unused days will be processed per our refund policy
  • Temporary pauses are available for up to 7 days per month

Service Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Violation of these terms
  • Abusive behavior toward staff
  • Fraudulent activity
Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations

  • Service is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Product availability may vary

Liability Limits

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
